Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed with everything you might need, although privacy could be an issue with views of the pool and some noise from the road in the mornings. The location was wonderful, offering a beautiful view of the ocean and a great poolside experience for dining. The service was exceptional with always-friendly staff and a dedicated manager offering support throughout our stay. However, the dining experience had its ups and downs, starting with a warm greeting but followed by some disappointing moments. The facilities were good, with everything you would expect for a comfortable stay.
The rooms are a bit small for the price, slightly outdated, but they are comfortable, well-maintained, and extremely clean, making for a delightful stay. The service is impeccable, second to none, despite some shortcomings in clearing dirty dishes promptly. The location is simply out of this world, offering majestic views and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle but with easy access to popular areas. The dining experience, though slow at times, offers a wonderful selection of fresh choices.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable, with a comfy bed, direct access to the sunset-facing terrace, and a bottle of South African fizz awaiting me after check-in. The service was incredible, with friendly and helpful staff, especially the concierges who went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time. The location was amazing, right on the coast road offering stunning views, though a bit far from Cape Town center. The dining experience was fabulous, with plenty of variety. Overall, a top-notch experience.
The hotel is a cozy place with lovely rooms, though on the smaller side, offering a warm floor in the bathroom and all essential amenities. While fully equipped, a pen was missing. The service is friendly and attentive, especially the concierges. The location is great for soaking up the sun with a beautiful ocean view, but traffic congestion can be a downside. Dining offers a variety of options but may seem a bit limited. Overall, a pleasant stay worth the value.
My stay at the hotel was an absolute delight! The rooms had their own unique decor, which was a pleasant surprise not visible in the online photos. The scenic route leading to various attractions like Chapman's Peak, Hout Bay, and Cape Point was terrific. Although the room size was lovely with a balcony overlooking the mountains, the location was not ideal due to a walkway for staff right outside our veranda.
Our stay at the hotel was a mix of memorable moments and some challenges. The room, though small and lacking space, had its own unique decor that differed from online images. The views, though pricey, were worth it. The service was top-notch, going above and beyond our expectations, especially thanks to the exceptional Bryron Clarke. The location was fabulous with a convenient shuttle service but could be challenging during peak times. The dining experience was outstanding with fresh fish daily but ended quite early at 10:30. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
